摘要
辅导员是高职院校教育教学管理队伍的一支重要力量,是学校与学生之间的一座桥梁和纽带,怎样更好的发挥辅导员的最大潜力和作用,一直是高职院校关注的重点,本文从契约理论的角度探讨高职院校对辅导员文化管理的一般模式,强调在完善制度化管理基础上的以人为本的文化管理,充分发挥人的自觉性,主动规避风险,真正实现无错误管理。
Vocational education counselor is an important force in the management team, the school and a bridge between students and link, how to better play the greatest potential and the role of counselor, vocational schools have been focus, this article from the perspective of contract theory of vocational counselors and cultural institutions, the general pattern of management, stress management in improving the institutional basis of people-oriented culture, management, and full human consciousness, the initiative to avoid the risk, the real error-free management.
