地方高职院校学生顶岗实习的调研与对策——以铜仁职业技术学院为例

在地方高职教育实现了跨越式发展的今天,顶岗实习已成为我国高职院校学生学习与工作相结合的主要形式,它极大地提高了学生的在校内难以实现的实践操作能力和职业素质的培养,但这也是职业教育教学中许多专业所面临的难题.本文通过对地方高职学生顶岗实习的调研,分析顶岗实习存在的困惑,提出了顶岗实习功能和提高质量的建议。
