摘要
加强高职院校横向课题研究,需要政府发挥职教统筹职能,更需要高职院校在制度、机制和管理等方面采取一系列实效性举措,建设科学合理的制度和机制,鼓励专家、教师与企业加强合作研究。横向课题是校企合作的重要内涵之一,高职院校科研部门要加强对横向课题研究的管理与服务,加强横向课题研究对高职院校自身发展具有全方位的战略性意义,也是企业发展的不竭动力。
horizontal topic is one of the important contents of the cooperation between colleges,strengthen the horizontal topic research has very important practical significance of higher vocational college’s own development has the full range of strategic significance or an inexhaustible motive force for the development of enterprises.To strengthen vocational colleges horizontal topic research,promote effectively the school-enterprise cooperation,the development of vocational education to plan as a whole to the government play,need more functions in higher vocational colleges in system and mechanism and management,take a series of measures,the effectiveness of the construction of scientific and reasonable system and mechanism,and encourage experts,teacher and enterprises to strengthen cooperation study;Higher vocational colleges should strengthen scientific research department of horizontal topic research management and service,etc.
