随着时代的进步,社会对人才的需求越来越强烈,在新的发展形势下,如何使自己培养的学生适应社会,才能担当起建设中国特色社会主义的大任,除了要求学生掌握知识技能外,还应对学生德智体等其他素质进行全面培养。高职教育"德育为先"的理念早就给教师对学生德育的引导做出了指示。如今大学生除了学业外,各方面问题层出不穷,教师如何在教学中找到合适的切入点,引导学生全面发展,使学生时时注重对自身素质的培养,这无疑对大学生今后的发展以及就业等起到至关重要的作用。

With the progress of society increasingly strong demand for talent in the new development situation,how to train their students to adapt to society,to take on building socialism with Chinese characteristics of the beam,in addition to requiring students to acquire knowledge skills,students should also conduct a comprehensive physical and moral training,and other qualities.Vocational education "moral education first" philosophy has long been to the guidance of teachers to students to make a moral direction.Today,students in addition to their studies,the various aspects of emerging,teaching teachers how to find a suitable starting point to guide overall development of students so that students always focus on the quality of their own culture,which is undoubtedly the future development of college students,and played to employment crucial role.
