摘要
流行病学调查表明乙型肝炎病毒与人类肝癌的发生有密切关系。有些化学致癌物可以引发动物肝癌,如黄曲霉毒素已被列为人类的致癌物。乙型肝炎病毒与肝致癌物对肝癌是否有协同或相加作用,尚不清楚。 环境中存在的致癌物,包括肝致癌物,大多是间接致癌物。
Experiments showed,(1) duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) infection did not influ-ence the content of liver cytochrome P450; (2)treatment of ducks with 0.5mg/kgf b.w of AFB_1(aflatoxin B_1) or 10mg/kg of NDMA (N-nitrosodimethylamine) could inducethe activity of livar cytochrome P450;(3)after treatment of AFB_1. or NDMA the activityof liver eytochrome P450 was lower in DHBV positive group than that in DHBV nega-tive group,thus indicated that DRBV infection is able to inhibit the inducibility ofliver cytochrome P450 ellceited by AFB_1 or NDMA. Relationship between thisphenomena and carcinogenesis was discussed briefly.
