摘要
红外热象图应用于乳癌诊断始于1965年,虽然目前对其诊断价值仍有争议,但由于无损伤无接触而能反映局部组织所呈代谢的信息,一定程度上提示了局部病变的生物学特性,故仍引起临床的关注。随着计算机图像处理技术的应用及实时联机处理,假彩色的梯度识别以及对热象图温度等级定标,能较客观地反映出局部病变的信息,克服了由于读片者主观误差。
One hundred twenty eight cases of breast disorders including 65 malignancy and63 benign were examined with infrared thermography(Hughes TVS-3300).Th, thermo-graphic patterns of 128 cases were analysed and 5 cheracteristic changes were used fordifferential diagnosis of malignant and benign diseases. 1) The temperature of affectedside>0.5℃ higher than corresponding side;2) the nipple temperature of affected side is >0. 5℃ higher than other side; 3) the areola of mamma is>0. 5℃ higherthan corresponding side; 4) theunusual vessel thermographic Pattern; 5) the thermalarea is larger than the lump or there is unsymmetrical thermal distribution on thebreast wall. 80.2% of breast cancer had at least one positive criterion.
