Communication Protocol Engineering with OMT

利用对象建模技术OMT(ObjectModelingTechnique)进行高效、可靠的通信协议与系统开发已经发展为一项成熟的技术。开发中的一个关键技术,是如何把使用形式化描述语言所设计的协议与实际情况下的不同目标平台集成,完成整个通信系统。以一个通信模型协议:AB协议为例,说明使用OMT进行通信协议开发的方法。介绍了如何把利用形式化描述语言设计完成的系统与目标平台集成的两种模式:“松”耦合与“紧”耦合。给出了AB系统使用“松”耦合模式在WIN2000下的集成方案。

It has been an international tide to u se OMT (Object Modeling Technique)in communica-tion protocol and system engineerin g.How to integrating the protocol designed by formal description lan-guage with the target system,is an im portant step in communication syste m engineering.In this paper,a communication model protocol:AB pr otocol is taken for example,to prese nt the process on engineering com-munication protocol using OMT.Afte r that,two mode for integrating the s ystem designed by formal descrip-tion language with target platform:'Light 'integration and'Tight 'integration,are introduced.In the end,we give the integration method to int egrate the AB system with WIN2000inLight mode.
