摘要
用 Fe(acac) 3 - Al(i- Bu) 3 - α,α′-联吡啶 (acac=乙酰丙酮 )催化马来酸酐 (MA)与环氧环己烷 (CHO)开环交替共聚 ,研究了 Fe/ Al、Fe/ α,α′-联吡啶摩尔比对聚合的影响 ,用核磁共振技术研究了共聚物的交替度 ,测得共聚物中马来酸酐含量达 33%以上。共聚物分子量用凝胶渗透色谱仪测得 ,分析表明共聚物分子量分散度很窄。共聚反应动力学研究表明 ,共聚反应速度与单体浓度呈一级关系 ,表观活化能为2 5 .4 k J/
The characteristics and structure of copolymer were presented and discussed. The copolymer was characterized by IR and 1H NMR. The copolymer is a product of high alternation. Maleic anhydride is 33% in the copolymer. The copolymerization can be realized in the solvents such as aromatic hydrocarbon and alkane. The yield is higher in aromatic hydrocarbon than the others. The suitable Al/Fe molar ratio is 6~8. The suitable Fe/ α,α ′ dipyridyl molar ratio is 1. From the kinetic studies the activation energy of copolymerization E a is evaluated to be 25.4 kJ/mol.
