摘要
用自制的 Rh- Ru双金属单配体催化剂 (BMSC)对丁腈橡胶 (NBR)进行加氢 ,制得氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR) ,其加氢度达 98%以上 ,产物无凝胶。这种新型催化剂具有与 Rh Cl(PPh3 ) 3 相当的高活性和高选择性 ,且价格较廉。研究了催化剂浓度、第二配体 L2 用量、H2 压力、反应时间、NBR胶液浓度等不同反应参数及分段升温等加氢工艺对 NBR加氢反应的影响规律。并获得工业上易于实施、成本较低、加氢度达 98%以上的工艺条件。
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) was prepared by using a Rh Ru bimetallic single ligand catalyst (BMSC) developed in this laboratory. Gel free products with a degree of hydrogenation of over 98% was obtained, indicating a degree of activity and selectivity equal to RhCl(PPh 3) 3 for this new catalyst. The effect of various process parameters such as catalyst concentration, amount of second ligand. hydrogen pressure, reaction time, concentration of NBR solution on the degree of hydrogenation was studied. Optimum process conditions for producing HNBR with high degree of hydrogenation at a low cost were described.
