摘要
在 PP/ PS熔融共混合金中引入一熔融指数与 PP相同 ,质量接枝率为 13.5 %的 PP- g- PS接枝共聚物。 SEM和 SALS分析结果表明 ,PP- g- PS改善了 PP和 PS相的相容性并明显使合金内分散相的相畴分布细化 ,体系更趋均匀。
The compatibilization of PP/PS alloy was achieved by using the graft copolymer PP g PS as a compatibilizer. Thc graft copolymer PP g PS was synthesized by the suspension graft copolymerization. The polymer alloys was prepared during melt blending using a mixer. The morphology of the alloys was observed by SEM and size distribution of dispersed phase was calculated. It is found that the PP g PS is very efficient in reduce the particle size of dispersion phase of PP/PS alloy and improves the homogeneity of PP/PS alloy. The character parameter of alloys was studied with SALS. The results show that PP/PS/PP g PS alloy and PP/PS alloy exhibit different structure characteristics, the integral constant ( Q ) and the correlation distance ( a c2 ) of PP/PS/ PP g PS alloy are lower than PP/PS alloy. These results confirm that the graft copolymer PP g PS is effective compatibilizer for PP/PS alloy.
