摘要
研究了分子筛 (Zeolite 4 A、13X、Mordenite、ZSM- 5 )在聚磷酸铵 /季戊四醇 (APP/ PER)膨胀阻燃剂中的热降解行为。 TG研究表明 ,APP/ PER体系加入分子筛后 ,体系的热失重速率峰值降低 ,热失重速率峰发生了位移。将 APP/ PER- Zeolite作用于 PP形成的膨胀阻燃体系 ,PP参与了成炭 ,5 0 0℃后残炭量显著增加 ,高于 5 5 0℃时残炭稳定。实验证实了在高温下 ,分子筛可作为膨胀阻燃体系的催化剂 ,能促进体系交联和成炭 ,可使体系的阻燃行为得到改善 ,其中 4 A分子筛对 PP的协同作用最大 ,L OI达37% ,比纯 PP提高了 9个单位。
This paper deals with the comparative study on the thermal degradation of systems of APP(ammonium polyphos phate)/PER(pentaerythritol) and PP(polypropylene)/APP PER there of with/without Zeolites (4A, 13X, Mordenite and ZSM 5). The TG analysis shows that the peak position and intensity in DTG were held towards earlier and lower by the presence of zeolites, particularly, for 4A and 13X. It was observed that the amount of carbonaceous residue increases dramatically along with the temperature increase, rendering the char much more stable than the cases without zeolites. As consequence of these results the value of LOI s grows rapidly by significant amount, e.g. ca.9 units in the presence of 4A.
