SBS浓溶液流动行为与粘度模型的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了诸因素对丁二烯 -苯乙烯嵌段共聚物 (SBS14 0 1)的环己烷浓溶液和甲苯浓溶液粘度的影响 ,上述溶液的质量百分数范围为 2 %~ 2 5 % ,温度范围为 2 5℃~ 5 0℃。结果表明 ,溶液的粘度随浓度的增大而增加 ,随剪切力和剪切速率的增大而减小 ;溶液的流动曲线符合幂律定律 ,并根据所测定的数据 ,利用回归方法对实验数据进行了处理 ,获得了在一定温度下 ,描述本体系溶液粘度特性的两变量的半经验关联式。 The factors of influence on viscosity of SBS 1401 toluene and SBS cyclohexane concentrated solution were studied at different mass percentage(2%~25%) and different temperature(25 ℃~50 ℃). The results show that rheologic behaviors of SBS 1401 copolymer sample are similar to that of ordinary polymer solution. With the increase of concentration, the apparent viscosity of SBS 1401 copolymer increases; with the increase of shearing rate and shearing force; it decreases. The curve of solution is coincided with power law. As far as the experimental data were concerned, they were processed with regression method. From it, the semi empirical data fitting formula used to calculate the two varieties of solution viscosity characters of this system was attained at certain temperature.
