耐水性丝网印刷感光高分子性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究了具有耐水性和高感光度的水性感光性高分子材料 ,该材料用于制作线路板和集成电路用的丝网印刷胶 ,并可用水显影 ,其工艺简单、无污染。用重氮树脂为光敏剂、聚乙烯醇和聚醋酸乙烯酯为成膜剂制作了感光性树脂 ,研究了聚醋酸乙烯酯对提高感光性树脂的耐水性的作用以及其对体系感度的影响。通过试验得出加入聚醋酸乙烯酯其配比合适时 ,可得到耐水性的高感的感光性树脂 ,其感度值为2 0 m J/cm2 ,水泡 4 8h后对感光膜无影响。得到了综合性能良好的感光高分子。 The purpose of this work is to synthesize hydrophilic photosensitive polymers which possess high photosensitivity and at the same time high water resistance to fulfill the requirements of making screen printing plate for manufacturing electronic circuit board and thick film for integrated circuit and so on. Diazo resin and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and polyvinyl acetate(PVAC) were used as the photoinitiator and the film forming agents. Polyvinyl acetate was added for raising the water resistance of the polymer. Owing to adding of PVAC in the composition the water resistance of the polymer was enhanced so as the photosensitivity. The photo sensitivity was obtained by determination of the photo characteristic curves of the system. It is 20 mJ/cm 2. The photo film was not destroyed after 24 h steeped in water.
