摘要
用 Stober法制备纳米级分散的 Si O2 颗粒 ,使其均匀地分散在 PVA水溶液中 ,并通过相转化法制得纳米 Si O2 / PVA复合超滤膜。对所得膜进行了 DSC分析和力学性能测试。结果表明 ,膜的玻璃化转变温度 (Tg)和力学性能都有明显的提高。初步探讨了纳米 Si O2 对所得膜增强机理 ;通过超滤实验对所得膜的性能进行了评价。
Nanodisperse silica particals were synthesized by a Stober method. They were uniformly dispersed in a solution of poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA) in water. Nano sized silica/PVA composite ultrafiltration membranes were propared by the phase inversion process. The resulting membranes were analysised using the DSC. The mechanical properties of the resulting membranes were tested. The results show that both the glass transiton temperature( T g) and the mechanical properties of these membranes are apparently improved. The mechanism of nano sized silica for improving the strength of the resulting membranes was discussed. The performances of these membranes were assessed in ultrafiltration experiment.
