摘要
为探索聚合物结构对相应凝胶电解质稳定性 ,特别是中低温热稳定性的影响 ,本研究对于丙烯碳酸酯 /高氯酸锂分别与 PMMA、PMA、丁腈胶以及 PVDF制备的凝胶电解质 ,进行了热失重和等温热失重的研究。结果表明 ,由 PMMA和 PMA形成的凝胶电解质的热稳定性都较好 ,优于丁腈胶为基材的体系。由 PVDF形成的凝胶电解质由于不断晶化 ,导致对电解液的保持能力欠佳 ,用添加 PMMA的方法改善了其热稳定性。
The various gel polymer electrolytes(GPEs) have been prepared by mixing propylene carbonate LiClO 4 with several matrixes of different structure, such as poly(methyl metacrylate)(PMMA), poly(methyl acrylate)(PMA), nitrile rubber and poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF). TGA and isothermal TGA are used to investigate how the polymer structure affects the heat stability of the corresponding GPE. The results show that both PMMA and PMA based GPEs have better heat stability than nitrile based GPE. The GPE made of PVDF has bad solution retention capacity because of crystallization of PVDF and its heat stability has improved after adding PMMA.
