摘要
研究了乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物 (EVA)、硅橡胶 (PDMVS)和氢氧化铝不同配比时所组成的共混物的力学性能和电学性能及辐射交联对 EVA/ PDMVS共混物的凝胶含量和力学性能的影响规律 ,确定了合适的辐射交联剂量及利用该共混物制备热缩型硅橡胶复合绝缘子的工艺条件。
A new type of silicone rubber composite which is used for outdoor insulator was reported. The effects of components and radiation dose on mechanical or electrical properties, and those of molding conditions on qualities had been studied. A blend containing 100 phr EVA, 15 phr^30 phr PDMVS, 20 phr^60 phr Al(OH) 3 power, 2 phr^5 phr other auxiliaries and radiated 150 kGy by γ rays showed 12 MPa tensile strength, over 400% elongation and 4.5 h anti electrical carbon trace (carbon trace produced by leak electricity) at 4.5 kV. This kind of material is still heat recovery, its heat shrinking ratio is over 200%.
