低温固相反应合成碳酸锶纳米粉体 被引量:18

Synthesis of nanometer SrCO_3 powder by solid-phase reaction at low heating temperature

摘要 固相化学反应无污染、工艺简单、操作方便、易于实现工业化生产。应用低温固相化学反应原理 ,以氯化锶和碳酸铵为原料 ,经固相反应合成碳酸锶纳米粉体 ,研究了研磨时间、温度、沉淀剂及表面活性剂对反应的影响。试验结果用XRD与TEM进行表征 ,证明固相反应进行得很完全 ,产品为纯碳酸锶 ,其粒度为 5 0~ 80nm。 The solid-phase reaction possesses many advantages,such as non-pollution,simple process and easy operation.Nanometer SrCO 3 powder is synthesized through solid-phase reaction at low heating temperature using SrCl 2·6H 2O and (NH 4) 2CO 3 as raw materials.The effects of grinding time,temperature,precipitating and surface active agents on reaction are studied in detail.The products are characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that the solid-phase reaction is finished completely,and the pure SrCO 3 powder with the size of 50~80 nm is obtained.
