摘要
介绍石油发酵尼龙1212的合成工艺路线及基体树脂物理力学性能以及在各个领域的应用前景。通过流变行为的研究,证明了尼龙1212熔体为假塑性非牛顿型流体,并求得了其粘流活化能。与尼龙11和尼龙12相比,以石油发酵路线合成的尼龙1212具有原料丰富、合成路线简短、性能更为优越的特点,具有广阔的应用领域。
The synthesis technology route, the physical and mechanical properties and also its applied prospect of PFPA 1212 were introduced. The rheological study indicates that Nylon 1212 melt shows a non ?Newton and pseudoplastic fluid and the viscous flow activation energy has also been obtained. Comparing with both Nylon 11 and Nylon 12, PFPA 1212 has the advantages of rich raw materials, simple synthesis and better property and wide application fields.
