物化—生化法处理焦化废水的工程实践

摘要 利用物理化学与生物化学相结合的处理工艺处理焦化废水 ,废水经调节、除油、气浮、稀释等物理化学处理后 ,进入生物化学处理阶段 (A2 /O法 ) ,生物处理段负荷分别为 :厌氧池 2 .0kgCODCr/ (m3·d)、缺氧池 0 .2kgNOx -N/ (m3·d)好氧池 0 .0 5kgNH3-N/(kgMLSS·d)、好氧池曝气时间 3 0h。处理结果 :CODCr去除率 >96.1%、NH3—N去除率 >96.2 5 %、S2 - 去除率 >99.5 %、CN- 去除率 >98.6%。 When treated with physico-chemical-biochemical method,the coking wastewater undergoes such a process from physico-chemical treatment to biochemical treatment.The former includes the steps of adjustment,oil removal,floatation,dilution and the loads of the latter are respectively the following:anaerobic tank 2.0kg COD Cr /(m 3·d),anoxic tank 0.2kg NOx-N/(m 3·d),aerobic tank 0.05kg NH 3-N/(kg MLSS·d).Aeration time of aerobic tank is thirty hours.The result of such a treatment is that removal efficiency of COD Cr is more than 96.1 percent,removal efficiency of NH 3-N is more than 96.25 percent,removal efficiency of S 2- is more than 99.5 percent and removal efficiency of CN - is more than 98.6 percnet.
