摘要
采用气相色谱法 ,用OV— 10 1色谱柱和氢火焰离子化检测器 ,以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标物 ,对地茂丹原药进行分离和测定 ,方法的变异系数为 0 .42 % ,回收率为 99.2 7%～ 10 0 .5 9%。
A method was introduced for determining chloroneb by gas chromatography on OV-101 chromatographic column and flame -ionization detector using dibutyl phthalate as internal standard .The coefficient of variation was 0.42%,the recovery rate was between 99.27%and 100.59%,the method has been used in determination of the practical samples with satisfactory results.
