摘要
介绍了一种新型结构的立式裂解塔 ,与国内外现有试验设备比较 ,该结构具有操作条件可灵活调节、结构简单、传热效率高、自动化程度高等优点。目前年处理量为 3kt的试验设备已制造完成 。
A new erect cracking furnace is presented in this paper. Compared with existing plants, it has several advantages,such as the agility of parameter adjustment, simple-structure,high thermal-conduction coefficient,high degree of automatization,etc. A pilot unit of industrial scale(3000 tons per year) has been constructed, and industrial trials have been performed successfully.
