直肠癌保肛切除60例临床疗效观察

RECTAL CARCINOMA RESECTION WITH SPHINCTER SAVING PROCEDURES A CLINICAL STUDY OF 60 CASES

本文报导了直肠癌保肛切除60例。其中行Dixon手术24例,低位前切除加吻合器吻合25例,仿Welch手术3例,局部切除8例。5年生存率75％,Ⅰ期91.3％,Ⅱ期72.73％,Ⅲ期53.33％。讨论了选择保肛手术的条件及吻合器在低位直肠癌手术中的应用价值,还对直肠肛管癌局切术提出了自己的看法。

Sixty patients undergone rectal carcinoma resection with sphincter-saving procedures are reported. Among them, 9.4 cases were treated with resect of Dixon, 25 cases with low anterior resection with staplers, 3 eases with resection of welch, while 8 cases wlth local resection, 5-year survival rates after resection: overall, 75％; Stage Ⅰ, 91.3％; stage Ⅱ, 72.73％; stage Ⅲ, 53.33％. The indication of resection with sphincter-saving and the practical value of stapler in low anterior resection are discussed. The authors also give their own opinions on local resection.
