摘要
采用超高分子量聚乙烯、铸钢ZG2 0MnSi、Fe_0 5电弧熔焊、Ni6 0热喷焊 4种材料 ,在HT2 0 0灰铸铁为摩擦副无润滑条件下 ,进行磨损试验。试验结果表明 :超高分子量聚乙烯材料的磨损性能比铸钢ZG2 0MnSi高 4 .96倍 ;比Fe_0 5电弧熔焊材料磨损性能低 9.8倍 ;比Ni6 0热喷焊材料磨损性能低 4 .5倍。
The non_lubricating wear_resistance of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene,cast steel ZG20MnSi,arc melting Fe_05 and spout welding Ni60 were tested with cast iron HT 200 wearing twins. The resulsts show that the wear_resistance of UHMW_PE is 3.96 times higher than that of ZG20MnSi, but is 8.8 times less than that of arc welding Fe_05 and 3.5 times less than that of spout welding Ni60. It is useful to UHMW_PE in replacing metal materials in engineering.
