The select speed of data is important in DSS (decision support system) , especially with the increase of data amount and the obvious descending of select speed. In order to resolve the contradiction between capability of select and the increase of data and fulfil the aim of system design, the proper way of design must be adopted. Data safe is the guarantee of database that runs steadily, so it must be considered in the system design and adopt the way of data track so that it can prevent the data from losing and hold back the spiteful damage by staff. Simultaneously, the way of data track not only has simply practical and convenient characteristic, but also has strong resilience.
