研究了从中草药元宝草中提取金丝桃蒽酮素的工艺方法。不同的溶剂及配比、不同的提取时间对金丝桃蒽酮素的产率有着显著的影响 ,其在元宝草的根 ,茎 ,叶 ,果实中的含量也各不相同。实验结果表明金丝桃蒽酮素在元宝草的果实中含量最高 。

The method of preparation of hypericin from Chinese herb is studied. There is great effect on the yield of hypericin by the solvent, proportion of solvent and time, and the content in root, stem, leaf and fruit is different.
