摘要
研究了以氯化苄和醋酸钠为原料 ,采用相转移催化合成乙酸苄酯。在催化剂的合成上 ,采用了新的加料方式 ;在反应过程中 ,加入NaHCO3 使氯化苄转化完全 ;在产品的处理上 ,采用了较为经济合理的方法 ,使乙酸苄酯的收率达到 88%。
Benzyl acetate is synthesized by reaction of benzyl chloride and NaAc in presence of PTC catalysis. A new method is introduced in feeding raw material to synthesize catalyst. During the course of reaction ,sodium bicarbonate is added and given high transition of benzyl chloride. We adopt an economic and reasonable method to deal with the product , finally giving 88% yield of benzyl acetate.
