摘要
综述了目前世界上具有工业生产规模的钢轨全长热处理的几种主要工艺 ,即整体油浸淬火、感应淬火、整体常化—轨头淬火和二步火焰加热轨头淬火 ,并加以分析比较 。
It is summarized and compared with a several full heat treatment technology, which oil dipping quenching in whole, induction quenching, normalization rail head quenching in whole, two step blaze heat up rail head quenching, with industry yield over the world as well as the development of rail full heat treatment in China.
