摘要
本文报道了近二十年来在国内肝癌最高发的地区—广西扶绥县开展原发性肝癌危险因素的研究结果。根据流行病学调查和实验研究提供的证据,作者认为;黄曲霉毒素B_1、乙型肝炎和饮水污染,是该地区原发性肝癌高发的三大主要危险因素。
The incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma in Fusui County is the highest in China. Since 1972, we have developed a series of study of the risk factors by a comprehension study of field epidemiological researches and experiments in the area. The result showed that Aflatoxin Bl, Hepatitis B and drinking water polluted were the main risk factors.
