摘要
以碳纳米管层作为空间限制反应的模板 ,采用化学气相沉积法 (CVD)生长ZnS纳米球 .透射电子显微镜 (TEM)和X射线衍射 (XRD)实验结果显示出其生成物为 β ZnS纳米球 ,直径为70nm左右 ,具有颗粒均匀、纯度高、产率大、成本低、适于批量化生产等特点 .
Zinc sulfide( ZnS) nanoballs was synthesized by the method of chemical vapor deposition with the carbon nanotubes acting as template, and the chemical reaction are the spatially confined around the nanotubes. The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and the X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) results indicate that the diameters of the β-ZnS nanoballs are about 70 nanometers,and the products have the high quality ,high rate, low cost,and suitable for mass-produce. In the experiment, the carbon nanotube layer has the key function for the synthesis of ZnS nanoballs.
