Seperation and purification of n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids produced by Mortierella alpina

对高山被孢霉 (Mortierellaalpina)高产脂变异株M2 0 产生的含n 6PuFAs油脂的提取、精炼、浓缩进行了研究 .油脂的提取以乙醇和正已烷分步抽提效果较好 ,对纯化方法进行了改进 ,采用先皂化后脱胶除杂质的方法 .浓缩方法采用尿素包合法 .油脂∶尿素 =1∶4的比例对该油脂浓缩较理想 ,提高了纯度和收率 ,使原油中仅含 2 0 %n 6多不饱和脂肪酸 (n 6PuFAs)提高到占总油脂的80 %以上 .

This paper studied the extraction?fining and concentration of n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PuFAs) produced by Mortieralla alpina mutant strain M20. It was discovered that extraction by ethanol and n-hexane fractionation achieved higher yields and saponificating?degumming and removing impurities were applied to improve the purification method, which increased the rate of PuFAs. The lipids were conentrated with urea adduction fractionation method. 1∶4 was the most idealous ratio of lipids/urea, which enhanced both purification and rate of n-6 PuFAs. The purification of n-6 PuFAs was increased from 20% to 80%.
