摘要
分析了湖北省生态环境系统的结构特征 ,阐述了湖北省生态环境系统优化调控的指导思想和基本原则 ,探讨了湖北省生态环境系统优化调控的目标定位问题 ,剖析了湖北省生态环境系统优化布局问题及战略重点 ,提出了相应对策 .
The paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the ecological environment system and illustrates the directive idea and basic principles on implication for the optimization of the ecological environment system in Hubei. It probes into the object orientation of regulating and controlling the optimization of the ecological environment system in Hubei and anatomies its location problem and strategic emphases, and puts forward some measures accordingly.
