拉坯速度对连铸结晶器中流型结构影响的水模拟研究 被引量:3

摘要 根据相似理论 ,研究了 3种拉坯速度下结晶器中的流型结构 ,分析了它们对板坯缺陷形成的影响 .当拉速较大时 ,结晶器熔池顶面形成紊流 ,易卷入保护渣、气体等 ,从而形成缺陷 ,影响板坯质量 .此外 ,水口浸入深度越深及水口出口倾角越大 ,回流区内夹杂物越不易上浮 . According to the theory of similitude, the flow patterns in the mold of continuous slab casting are investigated with three casting speeds, and their influence on the formation of defects in the slab is analyzed. With the increase of casting speed, turbulence is formed at the top of the crystallizer so that the protective slags as well as the gases are easily drawn into the crystallizer, forming the defects and deteriorating the quality of the slab. Besides, the larger the nozzle immersion depth and the inclination of nozzle outlet, the more difficult for the inclusions within the backflowt float off.
