摘要
针对目前轴承厂家对轴承外圈的检验仍采用人工检验 ,劳动强度大 ,效率低 ,容易引入人为误差 ,影响产品出厂质量的问题 ,研制了一种用于轴承外圈几何参数的自动检测与分选系统 .该系统采用了差动电感式传感器对轴承外圈几何参数进行测量 ,利用可编程控制器进行分选的测控 ,减小测量误差 .
Nowadays, most bearing manufacturers adopt still the manual examination of bearing outer race. Such kind of examination mean heavy labor intensity, low productivity, man made error, and uncertainty of product quality. Therefore, a system of automatic examination and grading of geometrical parameters of bearing outer races is developed. In this system, a differential inductance sensor is employed for measuring the geometric parameters of outer race and a programmable controller is used to control the process of grading so that the measuring error can be reduced.
