摘要
简要介绍电子散斑干涉计量技术的实验系统组成、实验方法以及面内位移、离面位移的测量原理。
This paper presents a brief introduction on the composition of experiment devices of the Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferomerty.It expounds the surveying principles of measuring the displacement inplane or outplane,and discusses the influence by the sizes of speckles.
