Scholars in our translation field have ever been paying much attention to the corresponding theory. Meanwhile, they's also find it important to make study of the specific translation of tourism, edibles, biological and life subjects such as agriculture. It's necessary for translation to serve the scientific development. According to his translating practice in many subjects such as in edibles, in a different light, and in respects of grammar and usage, the author tells about some problems that have to be emphasized at various levels, which might serve as the reference in the translation profession.
