摘要
本文围绕半固态金属的温度控制问题 ,基于电磁场的有关理论 ,设计并制造了用于半固态成型式艺的二次加热温控系统 .通过试验表明 :在铝合金 (A35 6 )坯料触变阶段 ,自行设计的电动势感应器可较精确地估算坯料温度 ,特别是在小功率加热期间估算精度更高 ;并对其实用性进行了试验验证 .
In the light of the controlling temperature in semi-solid metal processing,a temperature control system based on some theories of electromagnetic field is developed.The experiments indicate that the temperature during the thixotropic stage of A356 billet can be estimated very accurately through the control of the electromotance inductor designed by us,especially when it comes to low-powered heating.The demonstrating tests prove the system well go into practical applications,and this paper can be used to instruct the design and manufacture of semi-solid metal processing device.
