摘要
金属塑性成形的数值模拟可以分析得到任一时刻金属的变形状态 ,其结果一般是静态的 .而过程模拟技术可以实现塑性成形整个过程的模拟与可视化 ,使得成形过程中金属毛坯的流动情况、应力场及其它数据场全程动态可视 .本文以齿轮的精锻过程为例对金属塑性成形的过程模拟技术进行了研究 ,探讨了实现金属塑性成形过程模拟的一些关键技术问题 。
The metal deforming state can be predicted by numerical simulation method at any time of the plastic forming process.But the obtained results are often static.By process simulation technology the whole process of metal plastic forming can be simulated and visualized on computer.The flowing of metal,the stress field and other data fields can be observed dynamically during the whole process.Taking spur gear precise forging process as an example and probing into some key techniques to perform its simulation,process simulation technology of metal plastic forming is discussed and a generic algorithm for this purpose is given.
