摘要
本文针对在冲模设计过程中使用传统方法确定模具 ,尤其是冲裁刃口形状复杂的模具压力中心所具有的计算量大、效率低、精度差、易出错的特点 ,提出了一种在AUTOCAD平台上利用AUTOLISP编程技术求解模具压力中心且能对计算误差进行控制的新方法 .并给出了该方法的理论依据和程序算法的流程 ,最后通过一个实例将程序计算出的压力中心值与传统的解析法计算出的压力中心值进行了偏差的比较 .实践证明该方法是高效且可靠的 .
When it comes to traditional methods,the results tend to be inefficient,imprecise and fallible when calculating the pressure center of some complicated moulds.Therefore,in this passage,a procedural solution based on the platform of AutoCAD is introduced in the procedure of moulds design,which,at the same time,has the ability to control errors.Its theoretical basis and procedural calculation and also given.Finally,from an example which compares pressure center value of this new method and that of traditional one,it can be proved that the new solution is both effective and reliable.
