摘要
通过对砂梨汁进行防褐护色后 ,选用菊花、甘草和贝母作配伍剂 ,在不同时间、不同温度下浸提 ,得出配料较适宜的浸提条件 。
When measures wre taken to protect the colur of the granulated pear juice and prevent it from browning, Chrysanthemum , licorice and Caladium were selected and soaked for compatability. And the optimum formula for beverage on volume was determined.
