摘要
为探讨 PAC、PAM对造纸黑液的处理效果 ,通过混凝实验 ,分别改变 p H值、投药量、搅拌强度、温度等因素 ,结果发现 :对于 PAC单独作用 ,当 p H=4,投药量 1.4g/L ,搅拌强度 3 0 0 r/min 3 0 s、5 0 r/min 3 0 0 s,温度为 3 5~ 5 0℃时 ,浊度去除率可达 99%以上 ,COD去除率可达 65 %以上 ,但对于 PAM单独作用效果不佳 ;对于 PAC和 PAM联合作用 ,当 p H=3 .5左右时 ,PAM的加入对 COD去除率影响不大 。
In order to probe into the treatment effect of PAC and PAM in black liquor from papermaking, applying flocculent experiment through changing the factors of pH?the amount of PAC and PAM?the strength of mixing?the temperature and so on. As shown in the experimental results for PAC, when pH=4,the amount of PAC is 0.7 g(1.4 g/L),the strength of mixing is 300 r/min 30 s?50 r/min 300 s and the temperature is 35~50 ℃,the disposal efficiency of turbidity comes up to 99% and the disposal efficiency of COD reaches more than 65%.But for PAM the effect is not good. And for PAC and PAM, when pH is 3.5,the effect of adding PAM is not very obvious, but it can accelerate the speed of sedimentation.
