摘要
随着中国加入 WTO我国银行业必须加强危机感和紧迫感 ,不断地完善自己 ,提高竞争能力 ,以适应和抗衡来自外资银行的挑战 ,实现自身的可持续发展。通过对客户经理制的详尽分析 ,指出客户经理制是银行推行市场营销战略和实施金融服务制度创新的必然选择 ;是中国银行体制改革的一个重要的突破口。文章还针对推行客户经理制的疑难问题提出了几点政策建议。
With China entry the WTO,the merchant banks must improve their competitive capability.And achieve the sustainable development.The paper analyses and probes into the customer′s manager institution.Point out it is the unavoidable options that pursue the marketing management and carry out the innovation of finacial service, the reach to draw about the management system reform.At last, to counter the problem of how to pursue the customer′s manager institution, the paper put of forward some propose.
