摘要
采用基于坯料形状变化灵敏度分析的方法 ,自行开发坯料形状优化计算程序 ,并利用LS DYNA3D软件进行模拟计算 ,以非轴对称拉深件汽车前照灯反光镜为例 ,确定板料拉深成形坯料的最优形状 。
In this paper, a systematic method based on shape sensitivity analysis is proposed to optimize the blank shape in deep drawing of truck headlamp reflector. The optimization calculation is programmed. By using a well known dynamic explicit analysis code LS DYNA3D, the deformation of the assuming initial blank and the offset blank are calculated and the shape sensitivity of the outmost node can be obtained numerically, then the initial blank is modified and the deformation process is analyzed again. Only after a few times of modification, the contour error reaches a specified allowance.
