摘要
将基于BP网络的PID控制方法用于气动位置比例系统的控制 ,设计实现了用微机控制的比例阀—无杆气缸缓冲定位系统 实验表明 ,该控制方法具有较强的鲁棒性 。
A PID controller based on back-propagation neural networks is presented and used to the pneumatic proportional positioning system in this paper. A proportional valve cylinder without rod system for cushioning and positioning, which is controlled by microcomputer, is designed and completed. The experiment results show that the system gains self adaptability because of the application of this control method. And the cushioning and positioning of the cylinder can be implemented under different working conditions.
