摘要
在考虑超期服役铁路罐车罐体的缺陷、材质变化情况的基础上 ,对罐体的应力进行全面的计算 ,然后系统全面地分析罐体的缺陷敏感性、耐腐蚀寿命、疲劳寿命以及疲劳裂纹扩展控制的疲劳寿命等 ,从而得出罐体的继续使用寿命。
On the basis of considering the defect situation and the material quality variation of the extra served vessel on a tank wagon, the stresses of the vessel were calculated first. Then, the defect sensitivity, the corrosion resisting life, the fatigue life, and the crack fatigue propagation life, etc. were analyzed. Therefore, the residual life and the safe operating conditions of the vessel were obtained.
