摘要
本文介绍我院头颈科1987至1990年期间收治的20例脑转移瘤以手术为主综合治疗的疗效。全组中位生存期7.5个月。手术患者中位生存期10个月。取得较好疗效。作者认为及时正确的诊断、扩大手术适应症、选择性地对多发转移瘤和原发灶无法切除的患者手术,采取以手术为主综合治疗是提高脑转移瘤疗效的重要途径。
20 patients with metastatic cerebroma in our department from 1987 to 1990 were treated by surgery mainly combined with other therapy. Allover the median of survival period was 7.5 month, among the 20 patients survival period of the cases treated by surgery was 10 month. The efficacy was better than that reported before. In order to raise the therapeutic efficacy of metastatic cerebroma, correct diagnosis, unlarging surgery indications, selective surgery performing for the patients who had multimetastatic cancer and primary cancer in other site unenabling to operate are important.
