儿童幽门螺杆菌对克拉霉素的耐药状况及耐药机制 被引量:4

摘要 克拉霉素(clarithromycin,CLM)是根治幽门螺杆菌(helicobater pylori,HP)感染疗效最强的抗生素之一,研究表明,HP对CLM的耐药性是造成含CLM联合方案根治失败的主要原因,其耐药机制主要为HP23S rRNA基因V区点突变,使核糖体结合部位构象发生改变,从而药物与HP核糖体的亲和力明显下降。研究其耐药状况及耐药机制,对临床治疗有指导作用。现将国内外关于儿童HP对CLM耐药问题的研究进展作一综述。
