摘要
研究人员对静脉血栓形成首次发作后口服抗凝药治疗的最佳期限仍存在争议。在一项开放性的随机试验中,研究人员对短期口服抗凝治疗(近端深静脉血栓[P-DVT]和/或肺栓塞[PE]治疗3个月、孤立的腓肠肌DVT[C-DVT]治疗6周)与长期治疗过程(P-DVT/PE治疗6个月、C-DVT治疗12周)的效果进行了比较。终点事件是复发以及严重的、轻度的或致死性出血并发症。本项研究共有736人入选。
