热休克蛋白70与细胞保护 被引量:21

摘要 热休克蛋白 70 (HSP70 )是生物体在不良环境因素作用下所产生的一组具有高度保守性的应激蛋白 ,目前认为HSP70具有多种功能 ,是一种非特异性细胞保护蛋白。HSP70对各脏器组织细胞均有一定保护作用 ,其机制主要有 :(1)提高细胞对应激原的耐受性 ;(2 )分子伴侣作用 ;(3)抗凋亡作用 ;(4)
