荧光定量PCR技术及其在临床上的应用 被引量：22

摘要 荧光定量PCR(FluorescenceQuantitivePolymeraseChainReactionFQ PCR)技术是在 90年代末期发展起来的一项全新技术。经过几年的实践及临床应用 ,已获得了较为稳定的检测效果。作为一种体外基因扩增技术 ,它能敏感地检测初始模板浓度及基因变异等情况。它的出现 ,克服了传统PCR技术普遍存在的假阳性及不能定量等问题 ,使得PCR技术更广泛地应用于临床 ,在监测患者病情、预后、指导用药等方面有着广阔的应用前景。本文概述了FQ PCR技术及其在临床上的应用 ,即常见病原体的检测[1,3 ]
