钼靶X线照片显影方法的改进与应用

摘要 目的 掌握钼靶 X线照片显影方法 ,提高钼靶 X线影像及诊断效果。方法  X光胶片用 3种方式标记 ,使用钼靶与钨靶 X线机对 36名儿童右手腕部实施对照 X线摄片 ,在暗箱内洗片操作 ,观察钼、钨靶 X线照片单面与双面显影异同。结果 钼靶 X线照片单面显影观察 ,获得优、差质片机率各占 5 0 % ,诊断误判率高 ;兼顾X线照片两面显影观察 ,并以密度深的一面为基准 ,可提高 X线照片优质率 90 %以上 ,诊断准确率高。钨靶 X线照片单面与双面显影变化同步 ,X线影像质量无差异 ,但比同等钼靶 X线照片效果差。结论 钼靶 X线照片双面显影观察是提高 X线影像质量的有效方法。 Objective To master the developing method of X ray photographs with molybdenum target and improve the X ray image and diagnosing effect on Kashin Beck Disease (KBD).Methods X ray photographs of right wrists were taken and controlled with the molybdenum target and tungsten target x ray machines among 36 children, and developed in camera bellows, to observe the difference between single faced and double faced development of photographs with molybdenum target and tungsten target.Results By observation of single faced development of X ray photographs with molybdenum, the chances were 50% for top quality and poor quality pictures respectively, with a high rate of erroneous diagnosis. By observation of double faced development of X ray photographs, with the deep density face as the base, the rate of top quality X ray photographs could rise up to above 90%, with a high rate of correct diagnosis. The change in single faced development of X ray photographs with the tungsten target was simultaneous with that of double faced development, with no difference in the quality of X ray image, and with a poorer effect compared with that of X ray photographs with the molybdenum target.Conclusions Double faced developing observation of X ray photographs with the molybdenum target is an effective way in improving the quality of X ray images.
